A street light incorporated into a statue which representing "War & Peace" on Kelvin Way Bridge A pair of figures of man dressed as a Scottish warrior and a woman with a spinning wheel and small child by her side.
Situated on the North East side of the bridge. In the distance, the grand facade of Park Circus and Trinity Collage Tower atop Woodland Hall over looking Kelvingrove Park.
The sculptor who produced the four street light statues was the Englishman Paul Raphael Montford,
Kelvin Way Bridge was designed as Radnor Street Bridge, by City Engineer Alexander Beith McDonald in 1912
