Nixe Hamburg Alster August 2011

PRESS L - to view it in the light box

Today the "Nixe" (mermaid) art installation was placed into the lake Alster in downtown Hamburg. It will stay there for 10 days - so go see it while you can :-)

I must add that this is quite a controversial project and a lot of people think that this does not belong into the Alster - but rather on the Reeperbahn

Lot's of "traffic" on her minutes after she was set up ;-)
