Green Shoots

Wild daffodil shoots appearing. Spring is in sight!

(I was going to title this "The Baroness Woz 'Ere" but then thought that was a little unfair! Green shoots news story)

      Thanks, Marina!

That's horribly cold, Joe. We had those temps for just a few days about a week or so ago but since then it's been around +8C. I think it's those bigger changes in temps which promote the growth. Some gardeners, I think, put seeds in the fridge before planting them. Apparently it does help!

The Baroness is very silly. This photo's lovely though - nice to see the daffodil's eye view, and I love the treatment.

Thanks all! Other clumps are appearing now and the first bluebell shoots, too. (That's 'clumps' of the daffodil sort, of course, not the disappearing bushy ones!)
