The Mummy, Over Miami. Clouds Face. The Wind. - IMRAN™ — 20,000+ Views!

Newer Older

Miami, Florida, and the Biscayne Bay area are among my favorites for boating. Miami can have the clearest blue skies or complicated clouds that cause stunning sunsets.

What caught my eye was the "feather" pattern cloud on the top left of the picture. But, as I was taking the photo, I noticed, to the right of it (upper center of the picture) there appeared almost the human face from The Mummy movie.

Just like the imaginary creatures in movies, it dwarfs the giant high rise buildings of downtown Miami. I generally don't like NOTES on my pictures but added 2 above to illustrate the point. See the image larger.

In this case, instead of it being composed of sands in a Desert Storm, it looked like it was made of puffy clouds, ready to blow onto the ocean.

Can you see it?

See the same spot of sky the previous month, a totally different powder blue.

Yes, I can see "The Mummy". When we lived on Key Biscayne, and also in Florida off and on, the cloud formations were always intriguing and fabulous to me. Never ending beauty. You have some lovely shots. Very nice.
