2 Lieutenant George Herbert Ryder Doman

12/13 Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers


Lt Doman served on the Western Front. On 21 March 1918, during the German assault, he was wounded in both legs and taken prisoner.


Lt Doman died of his wounds, aged 21, while being held prisoner, on 11 June 1918. He is buried at Poznan Garrison Cemetery.
