African Chicken Genetic Gains (ACGG) is an Africa-wide collaboration led by the International Livestock Research Institute. Partners from Ethiopia, the Netherlands, Nigeria and Tanzania will test and make available high-producing, farmer-preferred genotypes that increase smallholder chicken productivity in Africa.
The launch event of the ACGG project in Ethiopia took place on 5 August 2015 on the premises of the Ethiopian Institute for Agricultural Research (EIAR).
