Sweet Potato Cheesecake with Marshmallow-Sour Cream Topping
It was supposed to be a pumpkin cheesecake, but I had a few cans of sweet potatoes laying around. I bumped up the spices and baked it in a 10" pan for 20 minutes less than the recipe stated. It's extremely delicious and perfect for the holidays!
