Shaken, not stirred

The only way to drink espresso in this heat is shaken with a good amount of ice cubes. Here is how to make it.


For one cup of espresso, put a scoop of ice cubes in the shaker and some sugar up to your taste. Pour in the hot espresso, close the shaker and shake well (the shaker will get *very* cold, so you might want to wrap it in a towel). Keep shaking until the rattling of the ice cubes is reduced considerably, and pour in a glass,
