1939 Delahaye 165 M Figoni & Falaschi Cabriolet

1939 Delahaye 165 M Figoni & Falaschi Cabriolet (chassis 60744)

This 1939 Delahaye Type 165 is one of just two Figoni & Falaschi carbriolets with this design. Created for the New York World's Fair in 1939, it is considered a masterpiece of streamlined styling and on of the world's best designed automobiles. It has a Type 165, 4.5 liter, V-12 engine with one carburetor: it is the sports version of the Delahaye 145 race car with a V-12 engine.

This Delahaye took first in it class: Class E-1 (Prewar Delahaye) at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance 2006
