The Ugandan diet: food voices and choices
These photos are part of an exhibition in which farmers, food providers and consumers give their personal views on the Ugandan diet and food supply.
These food voices identify education, and training about the importance and nutritional value of indigenous and traditional foods, as essential to positively transforming the food system in Uganda.
The exhibition was curated by the Sustainable Diets for All (SD4All) programme in Uganda. SD4All is working with citizens to generate evidence on food systems and promote diets that are healthier, fairer and more sustainable.
