Ecosystem-based adaptation and the Paris Agreement

To determine the extent to which signatories to the Paris Agreement have committed to adopting ecosystem-based adaptation, we reviewed all 162 Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) submitted to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for prominence of EbA and the inclusion of measurable and locally meaningful EbA targets.
