Rebuilding After Floods

Mohammad Iqbal does not let his disability affect his ability to earn a living. Here he works on the construction of a house in Sindh, Pakistan. Based on recommendations from fellow villagers, Iqbal was hired by the Red Cross Red Crescent to rebuild houses destroyed in the 2010 monsoon floods. He received technical training as well to ensure the finished homes would be more resilient to future disasters.
