Ruqiya Jilo (80) is blind, has no family, and for the past three years has lived with 7,000 others in the Kabanawa camp for displaced people. Ruqiya Jilo has not eaten today, and yesterday she only had a cup of tea. She is one of the 200 million people who are starving in sub-Saharan Africa. The rising food prices exacerbate the problem.
