Driving through Siem Reap
A mother and daughter drive by on a scooter in the bustling town of Siem Reap. Scooters are an increasingly popular way to get around in this area; however, widespread infrastructure is lacking. In order to increase food value chain efficiency, policymakers need to introduce targeted interventions that link farmers directly to markets.
