The first time I tried Sriracha was at the noodle bar in the Borgata. I saw someone else pouring it all over their soup, so I decided to do the same. I believe the next 2 hours were spent sweating and downing gallons of water. Over time I have grown to love this stuff and seldom have a meal that doesn't the spicy sauce.
