    this is a pinhole image captured on rc photographic paper. the exposure is approx. 51 minutes. pinhole camera is constructed from a walt whittman's chocolate box (made by me in spring 2004). rc negative measures roughtly 2.5"x3". this is part of a series of fifteen images all shot inside my house.

      I can see for me to progress more with my angle fetish I'm going to have to invest in this pinhole camera thing! is it available at any camera shop?

      Actually this camera I made myself out of a small chocolate box and I made the pinhole out of a small piece of brass shim.

      There are many sites out there that go into detail on making your own pinhole cameras. There are a few sites that you can buy from but they get a little pricey.

      A pinhole camera is one of the foundational photographic tools. Camera obscuras existed long before chemical media existed to record the image.
