According to a description I found on the internet, a Nozzleman is someone who likes to put something wet on something red :-). Well, that name should suit this young bull elephant just right! By the looks of this handsome guy, he had great fun splashing around in the Sand River in Mala Mala, South Africa, showering off the red dust.
As you may have noticed I'm going through recent trips rather haphazardly. I'm updating the wildlife diary on my website (Travelling is such a fantastic thing to do but not always handy when it comes to processing huge RAW-files or uploading a lot of MB's) and I'm constantly running into pictures I like, but haven't processed yet. So be prepared for a stream of pictures to come! :-)
ps. Cut a tiny strip of the right to make the composition more balanced but that's it. Almost full frame.
psII. If you have some time, have a look in the wildlife diary; on the 31st of May I shot a Seagull swallowing something. If there's anyone out there who can tell me what it is he's eating (it was in Holland's IJssel river so it can't be anything too exotic), you're a hero. I sure can't!
