GRILLED KITONG FISH

On another tone.

 

Who says that a JW life was boring? That we only keep on preaching? Here is another side of a JW life. Cooking!

 

Usually me and my son reached home at 6pm from school and from work, and table was ready for us for dinner.

 

But this time, my wife who cooks for us was not here because she accompanied her mother at the doctor.

 

So me and my son had to cook for our dinner.

 

I bought a very fresh fish we locally called Kitong from the side roads of Liloan. I grilled it using my Hob Top Grill. A light alloy metal which you just place it on top of an LPG burner to grill anything.

 

After that I garnished it with sliced cucumber, squared bell pepper, sliced tomatoes and some green scallion stalks.

 

My wife was so happy when upon arriving table was ready for our simple dinner.
