When we moved into our new home in 1976, we were pleased to learn we had a TWA Pilot/Flight-Engineer living next door. They had two sons and a daughter and a dog named Sandy.

The boys were still in school and their daughter, I believe, was still in high school. Anyway, they were great people. They were truly a great family. The boys used to shoot bottle rockets from their upstairs windows. Their antics were amusing.

As time passed, the pilot retired, the youngsters graduated. The oldest son learned to speak Japanese and received a scholarship to Waseda or a similar university in Tokyo.

He met a young Japanese student and they married. If you are a past TWA pilot who knows Jim or the family, let me know through a Flickr E Mail. We would like to see the family again.
