ESSENCE OF IMPRESSIONISM: THE GENRE CONTINUES
Detail of a watercolor I painted last spring. I consider this impressionistic if only to disguise my lack of academic excellence. Impressionism, however, is a talent that each individual might pursue in the world of art. The results of such work is either favored by the public or is considered of no artistic value. In the final analysis, it is the individual who can take joy in creating whatever the eyes see, putting his or her own style to the work.
