This was captured on one of the islands located on the west side of the Oslofjord in the Nøtterøy archipelago. This island is quite easy to visit even under rough sea conditions but it was the first time I did a photo shoot here - on one of the last boat trips we made this year.
If you are interested in maps and satellite images (as I am) you may want to look at the island here to get a high resolution satellite view (lot better than those on Google and Yahoo). The photo is shot southwards on the middle (longest) island.
I like the photo for the dusk colors, the fine red horizon of the last sunlight and the lines in the sky matching the sea. Finally I like the waves are creating what looks like fingers of white water reaching at me - quite scary actually.
