    The gravestone prop of Ebenezer Scrooge used in the 1984 film "A Christmas Carol" was left in the graveyard of St. Chad's Church, Shrewsbury, where filming took place.

      No, it's all pretty permanent. I should have included another shot of the gravestone in situ. It's just one of many around the church. It lies flat on the ground.

      I wounder in a few hundred years if people will start to wonder if Scrooge was a real person when they see that stone. :)
