Absintherie - Jilka Street
Make sure to order your absinthe WITHOUT dry ice. Back in 2011 they didn't serve it with it so imagine our surprise. Sure it looks nice, but it does mess with the taste. So regardless of the waiter trying to start an argument for dry ice, stand your ground and say NO to dry ice! Dry ice is bad for you(r absinthe) ok!
