Can you tell which is the Chinese alien?

One of these aliens is from Build-A-Buzz, the other is from the Toy Story magnet set, and made in China? Can you tell which is which?

See the other pictures in this set to find out and how to tell them apart.

    The one on the right is the danish one. You can tell by the stars in the logo on his torso

    Blast! Still issues, eh? I had hoped these became fixed...

    @Bart, yes you are right.

    @Wunztwice, things are not as bad as they were but there are still differences, which I suppose the casual observer would not notice or care about. It's only us obsessives that worry about it :-)

    Is it me or is the left on a tad shorter?
  • -not_here 5y

    I dont know but the left looks shorter
  • Puddleglum- PRO 5y

    On the one on the right, the printing of the whites of the eyes looks shoddy around the edges.

    On the left one's hand you can see the number, just like on the Collectable Minifigures. The left one is Chinese.

    Lego is a quality product - Megablocks, for wxample, the plastic is of really inferior quality. The Lego Group will not be doing themselves any favours in the long-term if the quality of their product slips. Looking at the current prices for LEGO - I have an uneasy feeling that LEGO might be going the way of Hornby Trains - where only adult collec tors will be able to afford the product - I hope I am wrong!
