Brussel Sprouts

Continuing my fascination with all things roasted, I cooked up these babies tonight. Olive oil, salt, pepper and a squeeze of Meyer lemon. 40 minutes later (at 400) and they were better than French fries!

    I thought they were the weirdest looking oysters I'd ever seen - but brussel sprouts? Sounds yummy!
