Salisbury Steak
Ginny went to see Deacon graduate in Oberlin, leaving me home all day sunday. It's rainy and there isn't anything to do since she has the car so I thought I'd make a big lunch and just snack for dinner.
I've been craving something with Gravy lately. This is home made Salisbury Steak and Mashed Potatoes. I decided to wash the potatoes thoroughly and leave the skins on. They were so very tasty.
