Just to point out yet again that one can enjoy cycling both as a means of transportation and for recreation. I earn my living building workcycles transport bikes. And once a week during the fall and winter I train at the Amsterdam Velodrome. I'm pretty fast for an old guy.
My track bike is rather quaint by modern standards but it does the job and fits perfectly. It ought to since it was custom built for me in the mid 1990's. If I recall correctly the builder's name was Todd and he worked in a tiny space in Palo Alto, CA. He called his bikes "Castle", put no decals or serial numbers on them and did great work. Can anybody refresh my memory here?
