I loved that lavender tart from last week and wanted to make something similar, but not the same, for a party tonight.
This tart uses the same crust, but without the cardamom and lemon, and a halved recipe for the ganache (no lavender). Underneath the chocolate is a layer of dulce de leche, made using this recipe, my favorite. There's some chunky grey sea salt on top.
