Large copper & stainless steel oval roasting pan filled with our two different steak orders
Alexander's Steakhouse, San Francisco, CA
Prime Tomahawk Chop (left): Charcoal roasted giant ribeye, watercress beurre blanc, fiddleheads ($78)
The "Perfect porterhouse" (right): Niman ranch strip steak, petite filet mignon, bone marrow ($95)
The kitchen plated these steaks in a gorgeous, very large copper oval roasting pan because we ordered these two cuts and we're eating this family style. Many stares at our table because of how beautiful and large this platter was.
Slight side note, this was my dad's favorite. Obviously, he's a carnivore at heart. :)
