Pig's Blood Popsicle

4th Annual NYC Food Film Festival: Brad Farmerie's Southeast Street Food Asian Market


A deep fried spicy pig's blood (pudding?) shaped into a popsicle, rolled into crushed, candied peanuts. Resulting in a dense, creamy pudding-like texture with crunchiness from the peanuts. This was really good that I ate 2 of them (and I used to not like pig's blood anything because of the iron/mineral blood flavors reeked havoc on my palate).
