My fig jam

Brought in from Robyn during her recent Italian holiday. Thank you Robyn!


The fig jam's pretty good. It's densely figgy (texturally from scooping it out of the jar and flavor-wise), sweet; I kind of taste hints of molasses and wine? I'm not too sure but that's what I thought when I ate it earlier. I need to eat it straight up instead of eating with a butter scone.
