Journey through the wastelands (Age10)
In 1945, the US ended World War II by dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The world awaited Armageddon; Instead, something wonderful happened. Atomic energy was not used as a weapon, but as an almost limitless source of power. People enjoyed luxury once thought the realm of science fiction. Robots, fusion-powered cars, portable computers.
Until the 21st century, people awoke from this American dream. Years of consumption leads to bottlenecks in all important resources. The whole world unraveled. Peace became a distant memory when the world in 2077 was on the verge of total war.
War. War never changes.
Here begins the story of our wanderer at the age of 10 with his journey through the wastelands.

This landmass was fortunate, there are no nuclear bombs nearby, and much of the plant world has survived except for the radioactive cloud mutations.
