Daikokuya tendon (tempura donburi)

I first ate this delicious tendon seven years ago when we were taken to this famous restaurant in Asakusa by a Japanese friend. We returned to eat this and it was as delicious as we remembered it. The rice underneath soaks up the sauce and it's just one comforting bowl of food, perfect for lunch.
