On Thursday, September 17, 2015, Helen Keller International presented a policy briefing on improving vision health for NYC children living in poverty. The event took place at Purpose and the expert panel featured Dr. On Lam, a NYC optometrist who has worked with HKI's ChildSight program for more than 6 years; Kathy Spahn, HKI's President & CEO; and Nancy Prail, Director of the ChildSight program.
