Lamb Mechoui

Lamb Mechoui. Heidi's first. This little lamb, stuffed full of couscous grain, started it's roasting process at 4am that morning so that it would be fully cooked and ready to eat by 2pm. The meat, accompanied by a vegetable stew, just melted in your mouth. Now this is our kind of barbeque :)
