2011 Commencement
Congratulations 2011 Heidelberg University graduates!

The 158th commencement ceremony took place over two days, with the Graduate ceremony taking place on Saturday, May 14, and the Undergraduates walked across the stage in Seiberling Gymnasium on Sunday, May 15.

Dr. Clinton O. Longenecker gave the commencement address at the Graduate ceremony and the Reverend Geoffrey A. Black spoke at the Baccalaureate on Sunday morning. The Undergraduate commencement speaker was Richard F. Odell ’72.

Fun Facts:

* With 257 members, it was the fourth largest undergraduate class to graduate from Heidelberg University in the last 50 years

* 87 graduate degrees were awarded, the most ever in Heidelberg history

* The 344 graduates receiving bachelor's and master's degrees was the largest graduating class since the University was founded in 1850
