      It does provide great views when you stay at these condos. We rented there for 5 years and recently purchased a top floor unit. They passed a law in 1983 banning any more construction like this in the Blue Ridge Mts.

      Can you imagine what the view through out the Blue Ridge Mountains would have become if they had not passed laws restricting develoment above the ridge lines? Sometimes restrictive regulations are just to protect us from our own lack of common sense. Any way, this pre-1983 project became the exception that proved the rule...and the view from it remains great, at least it's great from inside looking out. Thanks for the comments, JC.

      I agree. I live over near the Gulf of Mexico and it is the same situation here with building. You are hard pressed to be able to see the Gulf as you drive down Gulf Blvd. As much as I will enjoy my vacations in our new condo, I am glad the mountains are not littered with more condos!!!
