a scrum of photographers

Desmond Tutu and Adolfo Perez Esquivel, both Nobel Peace Prize winners, leading a march for Peace in Porto Alegre, Brazil, being photographed by a jossling bunch of photojournalists. This is the moment I realised that I need some practice in fighting for my place for five or ten minutes in a high-adrenaline arena. Until this moment I hadn't properly understood how physically and psychologically demanding these moments are, and how uncomfortable they are for the people being photographed.
