Duke of Gloucester & Nassau Streets
Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia
Yesterday, we finally had a day that was sunny, but with some clouds to add interest to the sky, and was also warm enough and calm enough to enjoy being out, so we went to Williamsburg. (The year is off to a very slow start, as I have taken fewer than a hundred photos so far; lack of new photos helps explain by absences from Flickr.) We hoped to find a lot of spring flowers Sunday, but there were comparatively few; April will be a better time for Williamsburg gardens. These crocuses were in the Taliaferro-Cole garden; although rather small, this garden is one of our favorites.
