    Check out the details... Large On Black

    Nikon D90 with AF-S DX VR Zoom-NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED
    @55mm, ISO 100, f/16.0, 0.4 sec
    Manual focus, Aperture-priority mode
    Mounted on tripod (Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip Action Ball Head and 055XPROB Legs)
    Triggered using Nikon ML-L3 wireless remote

    Taken from Twin Peaks in San Francisco just after sunrise... looking northeast toward Alcatraz. In the foreground, the sunlight is just hitting the houses in the Cole Valley and Haight Ashbury neighborhoods, with Buena Vista Park in the middle.

    I just developed my first roll of 220 film today... with mixed results. Definitely a few mistakes... probably a few keepers. I'm waiting on my Epson Perfection V600 to arrive so I can start scanning... just a few more days!

      good morning! love this shot - great warmth in the colors. don't know how you get up so early for these shots. SF flickr people should do a photowalk...

      awesome to hear hanson! you are going to have a lot of fun with that scanner too. it will definitely be nice to compare the quality between the film and digital work.
