The 203 Welsh Field Hospital (V) Volunteers were given the freedom of Llandudno today (September 19th) in a special meeting of Llandudno Town Council at Llandudno Town Hall.
They paraded from the town hall on Lloyd Street, through town to the promenade, and held a short service before the cenotaph, where they placed a wreath, then marched off down the promenade.
Lots of wellwishers and people about town stopped what they were doing to watch.
They are territorial army medics, and have served in Afghanistan. They have a base in Argyll Road in Llandudno, as well as Swansea, Cardiff and Abergavenny.
