Roast Chicken Ready to Eat
Rob and I love our Sunday roasts :o)
We ate this with roast potatoes, broccoli, sprouts, carotts and gravy.
I didn't get chance to take a photo of the whole meal as we were hungry and ate it all up :o)
I seasoned the chicken with mixed herbs, salt, pepper, chili, parsley and olive oil.
Then covered the chicken with aluminum foil and cooked in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes!! Yummy!
