Warner built this £4.5m cinema complex on the site of a WWII bombed rail goods depot in 1989. It was fun, but did not thrive. In 2004 it closed and was sold to Northumbria University (Newcastle Polytechnic). The site has been cleared and this smart structure is no more.
When the University bought the land and building it erected its boards aloft. However, it had no plans to use the structure and it has now been reduced to rubble and carted away.
