Eating Well recipe, with corn and whole wheat bread crumbs. Tons of Old Bay. and I used some habañero mayo I made last week.
The salad is fresh corn and tomatoes, with red onion, and diced and blanched zucchini in a vinaigrette, on top of watercress and red leaf lettuce.
I skipped the bell peppers and parsley, since I don't care for either. Also the hot sauce, since I used spicy mayo. I doubled the Old Bay.
