Low-light flyby - *Reposted*
I originally posted this shot a few days ago but deleted it by accident. If you commented on the first post you need not comment again sorry for the screw-up.
This was from last Sunday, 11-11-12; It had been such a great day some of us didn't want it to end so we kept shooting in the waning light. We joked that we must be insane to be shooting eagles in flight, and fishing, and fighting in such poor light and yes for me anyway many were not usable but it was still a lot of fun pushing our equipment calling out the high ISO numbers we were using, 1600! 3200! 6400! 12,800!
Friend and fellow photographer Mark Schwall was one of those who stayed that evening and posted a photo.
This guy came by close and I got several shots of him composed nicely in the middle of the frame, however due to the slow shutter speed those shots had too much motion blur. This was the best from a focus standpoint but I clipped the lower wing so I decided to crop in for a more interesting composition. I hope you like it.
Thanks for looking...again.
