    Resurrection Bread starts with a simple sponge made from sugar, lukewarm water, yeast, milk and five cups of flour. Once the fucker's burst into life a half-dozen eggs, more sugar, butter, salt and flour - nine to ten cups worth - are added to the bubbling batter.

    Ingredients used: fairtrade sugar, water, yeast, full-fat goat's milk, organic bread flour, goat's butter, lemon salt and organic free-range eggs from rescued battery cage hens
