Eagles Nest (Thredbo)
I remember thinking they were big clouds. And the wind was howling in and pushing the clouds at a rapid pace. Little did I know that half way towards my destination a large storm cell would hit and I would be in the middle of a snow storm where visibility dropped to 3 metres. I used my foot prints to backtrack to the eagles nest and down to the car park. I was cold, wet and disappointed not to reach my goal - maybe next time
A chocolate milkshake helped ease the pain...
