The Horizon Is Not Always Straight Ahead
I'm driving along this country road and knew the field would be a great place for my self portrait. The only problem is that my memory is shot and I left my tripod behind on the last country road where I took photos last week. I haven't had a chance to purchase a new one. So how would I be able to take my own photo without a tripod?
I noticed a sign a little further down the road and it had a long screw sticking out the back. So I fastened my camera strap around the sign and balanced the camera on the rusty screw then I stepped back into the field. And this is what I captured! Sometimes my favorite SP photos take little time or preparation to create something so perfect. I really like the sunlight and shadows on my face in this photo.
