...fuul medammas (fava beans and chickpeas with garlic and lemon) topped with tahini sauce, tomato, onion, cucumber, parsley, black olives, feta, hard boiled egg, olive oil, black pepper, pickled cauliflower, and cayenne.

 

I adore this dish because it's cheap, unbelievably filling, delicious, and kinda festive with all the colorful toppings.
