2017 Ohio Food Summit
The Ohio Food Policy Summit is an annual event hosted by the John Glenn College of Public Affairs geared toward collaboration and conversation. More than 150 people who are involved in food system work in Ohio attended the day-long event held at Ohio State's 4-H Center.

The summit inspires action by fostering awareness of food policy activities at the local and state level. Speakers this year included Mike Hamm, professor of Sustainable Agriculture at CRFS Senior Fellow at Michigan State University and Emily Broad Lieb, an assistant clinical professor of Law at Harvard.

Professor Jill Clark was awarded the Local Food Hero Award for 2017 by the Ohio Food Policy Network.
